REFUND POLICY
We do not encourage refund without the following conditions...
1. Damaged Product Photo is must.
2. Dual Payments for the same order ID
3. Refund will take up to 15 business days
4. Refund will be only on the part payment made by the customer
5. Refund deduction charges applicable as below 10% upon the order value , 2% upon bank transition
6. Refund will be only at the discretion of Ktech Home Appliances Management
RETURNS POLICY
Replacement Policy with below conditions
1. Replacement request will be taken within 1 Business days.
2. Physical damage of products during transit will be considered
3. Any manufacturing defects found in the product will be replaced.
4. Ktech Home Appliances will stand by the warranty offered for the particular product.
5. Replacement will be only at the discretion of Ktech Home Appliances Management
CANCELLATION PROCESS
+Cancellation Policy with below rules
1. Cancellation or changes in shipping address cannot be done. For further assistance contact Customer Support.
2. Cancellation will not be possible once the order is placed.
3. Cancellation charges (per Order) applicable as follows 10% upon order, 2% upon bank transition
